2 lbs. meat (wild game, pork, or beef)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp cold water
1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry seasonings with water and vinegar. Mix well. Pour over and knead into meat. Place meat mixture into ziplock bags and squeeze out as much air as possible. Let sit for 24 hours to allow flavors to marinate meat.
