1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup + 2 T. sugar
1/4 cup + 2 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt.
1/2 cup nuts
6 oz. bag chocolate chips

Using a 13 x 9 pan

Cream first 5 ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients and nuts

Spread in pan and top with chocolate chips
Bake at 370 degrees for 1 minute
Remove from oven and run knife through dough.
Return to oven and back an additional 45 minutes

Cool and cut.
