6 cups chopped apples with skins on
8 oz. crushed pineapple--save the juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 T. flour
1 egg
8 oz. Spanish peanuts
2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat--thicken sugar, juice of pineapple flour and cool briefly
Fold in apples, cool whip, pineapple and peanuts.

Place all in a large bowl and refrigerate.

May be doubled and made in advance.
