1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
⅔ cup instant oats
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
⅔ cups cold butter, cut into small chunks
3 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup sugar
1 lemon, zest and juice
3 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF and spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. In food processor with metal blade, process flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt for 5 seconds. Add butter and pulse about 20 times until mixture resembles course crumbs. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, zest and juice, and flour. Stir to coat all berries evenly. Transfer mixture to baking dish and add crumble to top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
