½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopper green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz) bag egg noodles cooked and drained
2 c. Swiss cheese grated
2 c. cubed cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in pan. Remove from heat. Stir in soup and sour cream.
Place ⅓ of the noodles in a buttered 3 qt. casserole.
Add, in layers ⅓ of the cheese, ⅓ of the ham, and ½ of the sauce.
Repeat layer, and add cheese to top along with a light sprinkle of bread crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes

I used to make this dish when I had leftover ham, however, now I buy turkey-ham to make it. Chicken or tuna chunks may be substituted for ham as well.
