1½ lbs of lean ground beef (93%)
1/2 cup restaurant style salsa
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 egg
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Extra Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º.

Combine the egg, salsa, ketchup, and bread crumbs in the stand mixer on medium speed. Slowly add the ground beef until well blended.

Put the meat mixture into a loaf pan, top with a drizzle of Ketchup. Bake for 40 minutes.

Carefully drain any access liquid from the pan immediately. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before serving with a side of Ketchup. I prefer Heinz Simply©.
