12 strawberries
6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 T confectioners' sugar
sliced toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds in 350º oven for 3 to 6 minutes. Whip cream cheese on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until slightly fluffy. Add vanilla and confectioner's sugar. Trim bottom of strawberries so each stands upright. Use a melon baller to scoop out stems and tops. Fill a pastry bag fitted with 1/2" star tip with cream cheese; pipe into strawberries until cream cheese brims over the top. Top berries with toasted almonds.
