2 lbs. chicken breasts, diced
1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1 T garlic powder
2 medium onions, chopped
2 T veg oil
4 cans Great Northern Beans
4 cups chicken broth
16 oz. chopped green chilies
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
16 oz. sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
1 T chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
In kettle, saute chicken with oil, onions and garlic. Add beans, broth, chilies and all seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Add whipping cream and sour cream. You can also add canned potatoes diced into tiny pieces and canned corn.

My boss, Colleen Vien, made this for me when I had shoulder surgery in 2014. It's from a relative's restaurant, Sidekicks Bar and Grille in De Pere, WI. I've made it lots of times since then and it's always a hit.
