12 hard boiled quail eggs
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp finely chopped dill
¼ tsp celery salt (it usually comes with the quail eggs)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the eggs in half. Scoop out the yolk into a bowl using the handle of a teaspoon so that you don’t cut through egg. Add the dill, celery salt and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly with a fork. Taste and add more celery salt if necessary. Spoon the mixture back into the eggs. Put the eggs into a shallow dish and cover with clingfilm until required. Transfer the eggs to a serving platter when required.
