Rolled out pie crust
6 eggs
1 10 oz package of frozen spinach
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of grated Colby Jack Cheese
3 large portobello mushrooms (optional)
Steak Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crust in a pie dish
In a separate bowl scramble the eggs and add spinach (squeeze out all water)
Add cheese and garlic
Add Steak Seasoning

You can dice mushrooms and add in filling or cut and top quiche

Bake 350 for about an hour or til firm in the middle
