Boston Market Cornbread (Aunt Bitsy’s recipe)


1 box jiffy mix cornbread mix
1 box Jiffy mix Yellow cake mix
OR
2 boxes Jiffy mix cornbread mix
1 box regular yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º
Mix both boxes according to directions, and combine the batter – you can use a large mixing bowl and combine both boxes of mix together and add the other ingredients all at once - if using only jiffy mix use an 8” X 8” baking pan – if using one box of cake mix use a 9” X 13” pan – spray pan with cooking spray bake for 30 minutes – test for doneness by inserting a toothpick making sure it comes out clean
