14 oz. caramels
7 1/2 T. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/8 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. Skor bits

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the caramels and evaporated milk in the microwave. Mix the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda and softened butter together. Put 1/2 of the oatmeal mixture into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chocolate chips and Skor bits over crust. Pour caramel mixture over chips. Crumble the other 1/2 of oatmeal mixture over caramels. Bake for another 20 minutes.

Variation: I have substituted fat-free caramel ice cream topping for caramels and milk. Use 3/4 of the small jar.
