1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp Champagne vinegar
½ C olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 loaf french bread, cubed
½ red onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
20 basil leaves, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together garlic, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Marinate tomato in vinaigrette for 10 minutes. Brown bread cubes. Toss toasted bread cubes with the tomatoes. Add onion, celery and basil.
