2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
4 blocks cream cheese
1 lemon (zest)
2 cups blueberries, thawed
1 tub Cool Whip



Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix graham crumbs, butter, and ¼ cup of the sugar. Press firmly into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill while preparing the filling. In large bow, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add lemon zest and mix well. Stir in berries and then gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon over crust, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.

If using fresh blueberries, place 2 cups in a small bowl with 2 Tbsp sugar, mash with fork. Add to the cream cheese mixture, and continue as directed.
