Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked sweet potato
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanila
½ milk
1 stick of butter

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
⅓ cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Small marshmallows, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

You can peel, cube and boil the potatoes or bake in oven or microwave (poking with knive the make holes).

Add sweet potatoes and other ingredients to a large bowl and use mixer to blend well. Place in a casserole dish. I like to use a smaller dish that is deeper.

Prepare topping by mixiing ingredients together, it will be think and lumpy. Add this a little at a time and spread over potato mixture. If you like marshmallows on your casserole, leave a small outer ring to place those later.

Place dish in ovena and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and add marshmallows if you like and bake until golden.
