For the cake:
1 box of Duncan Hines Yellow Cake
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 11-oz can mandarin oranges with juice

For the frosting:
1 box of vanilla instant pudding (4 servings sized)
1 13½-oz can crushed pineapple with juice (15¼-oz can would work too)
1 8-oz container Cool Whip (9-oz is fine too)
Directions:

For the cake:
Combine cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
Bake in a greased pan at 350º F for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.

For the frosting:
Combine pudding mix, pineapple and juice.
Fold into the Cool Whip.
Spread over the cooled cake.

Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
