6 pork chops
Seasoned with salt and pepper
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes (24 oz.)
May add a few slices of green onion
½ cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cup milk
1 cu[ shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in potatoes and green onion if desired. Spoon mixture in 9x13 pan. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake in preheated oven 350 for about 40 minutes and top with cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for about 5 minutes.
