1 ½ lbs. chuck roast -cut into cubes
1/3 c. flour
3 T oil
2 tsp. salt
pepper
potatoes
carrots
onions
1 can refrigerator biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef in cubes. Add flour, salt and pepper and shake over beef. Brown meat in oil. Add 3 cups water and simmer 90 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, onions. Cover and continue to simmer.

Pour into baking dish. Cut biscuits in half and lay on top of stew. Place in oven at 350º for 15 minutes.
