* 1 cup (8 ounces) crab meat or(immatation crab meat) flaked or shredded
* 1 cup of small shrimp, peeled deveined and cooked (5 oz. package 250 to 350 count)
* 1 cup of chopped bell pepper 1/4 inch dice
* 1 cup finely chopped onion
* 1 hard boiled egg chopped (optional)
* 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
* lettuce leaves for plate liners

Directions:
Directions:
Gently combine all the salad ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld together. Mound on lettuce lined salad plates for serving.
Hints:1) Can be served stuffed into croissants.
2) Make an appetizing seafood cocktail mounded into martini glasses.
3) A 5 oz package of cooked shrimp(250 to 350 count shrimp per pound) is equal to about 1 cup.
4) Thaw the seafood per the package directions prior to mixing into the salad
5) We like the salad served on pineapple slices.
