2/3 C melted butter
2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp hot water

2 2/3 C flout
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1 package of chocolate chips
Directions:

Beat butter, egg, brown sugar and water

Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt

Add flour to butter mixture

Stir in chips

Bake 8-10 minutes in 375 degree oven
