12 oz. Haricots verts, trimed and blanched or canned green beans
2 T. oil
3 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 T. flour
1 c. chicken stock
2 T. heavy cream
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. salt
1/4 c. panko or breadcrumbs
3 T. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook 6 to 8 minutes. Add flour; cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stock, cream, pepper and salt; cook and stir until thick and smooth, 1 to 3 minutes. Spoon over beans; sprinkle with panko and cheese. Spray with cooking spray; broil until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
