12 cooked lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (48 oz.) jar Prego traditional pasta sauce
2 cups cottage cheese (opt.)
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup Co-Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat cook beef util browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in Prego sauce. In 9x13 inch glass pan put a small amount of the sauce/meat mixture. (just enough so the noodles don't stick!) Layer in the following order, 3 noodles across the pan, ⅓ of the sauce mixture, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with CoJack cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until hot. Let stand 10 minutes. To freeze: Prepare lasagna but do not bake. Cover tightly with foil and freeze. Bake frozen lasagna uncovered at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until hot. Or refrigerate 24 hours to thaw. Bake thawed lasagna uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until hot. Let stand 10 minutes.
