2 cups cubed ham
1 10 oz. pkg. Cracker Barrel Cheese cubed
16 slices buttered white bread cubed
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 t. dry mustard
salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Butter one side of bread
Put 8 pieces of bread butter side down in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan
Put ham and cheese over bread
Place remaining bread butter side up on top.
Mix beaten eggs and milk together
Add dry mustard, salt and pepper
Pour over and cover with foil.

Refrigerate
Take out 1 hour before cooking
Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter
