3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
4 cups white bread crumbs

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs--beat well
Fold in pineapple and lemon juice
Fold in bread cubes

Sone into a 2 quart baking dish

Bake 350 degrees
40-45 minutes
