8 slices bacon
2 onions sliced
12 slices white bread, quartered
1/2 lb. shredded swiss cheese
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1 1/2 salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp--remove from pan
Cook onion in bacon drippings until soft.
Put 1/2 bread in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle 1/2 bacon (crumbled), onions and cheese
Repeat layers
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper
Pour over top bread layer

Bake 350 degrees
45-50 minutes
