1 8oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 t. vanilla
Chopped salted peanuts--about 1/2 c.

Apples cut into slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer--except for the apple slices and peanuts
Put in a serving dish.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top and surround the dip with apple slices

This stays for quite awhile in the fridge. So cut additional apple slices as needed so they don't turn brown.
