8 eggs beaten slightly
4 cups skim milk
4 tsp. sugar
4 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cold water
Crisco oil
Makes 10 dozen

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, salt, and milk to beaten eggs. Stir in flour gradually and beat util smooth. Add 4 tbsp. cold water. Skim off foam. Heat rosette iron in oil. Knock oil off before dipping in batter. Cook in hot oil 375 until light brown.
