Pie Crust:

1 ½ cup flour
½ cup salad oil
½ tsp salt
2 T milk
2 T sugar

Fruit Filling:

1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons of corn starch
1 cup of water
3 Tablespoons of Jello (flavor of kind of fruit used)
4 C Fresh Fruit

Directions:

Pie Crust:

Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie dish. Bake at 400º until brown. While crust is cooling, make the filling.

Fruit Filling:

Mix together sugar and corn starch. Add the water. Bring to boil stirring constantly until mixture is clear. Remove from heat and add the Jello (flavor of kind of fruit used). Cool crust, place fruit in crust, pour syrup over fruit.

I add my fruit to the syrup and then pour into the crust).
I double the recipe for 9x13 pan.
