1 pound Braunschweiger
1/2 cup sour cream
Few drops of Tabasco sauce
1-2 ounce packet dry onion soup mix
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up Braunschweiger and put in a medium size bowl. With electric mixer mix Braunschweiger until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve on crackers or for open faced sandwiches.
