2 Tbsp Sesame Oil divided
2 Garlic Cloves finely minced
2 Lb Chicken Breasts, skinless - boneless
1 Head Broccoli, stems removed
1 Dz Mushrooms sliced
3 Carrots peeled and Julienne cut
1/4 Lb Green Beans - diced
1 Head Bok Choy, chopped
3 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

Directions:

1. Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in Saute pan medium heat. Add Garlic and stir, place Chicken in Pan and brown for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and slice into strips and set aside.

2. Heat remaining Tablespoonful of Oil in Wok over High Heat. Add vegetables and Teriyaki Sauce. Stir Fry quickly until vegetables begin to soften.

3. Add Chicken Strips, combine together and cook for 2 to 3 minutes with quick stir. Serve immediately.
