3 chopped chicken breasts or 4 thighs.
Any vegetable- onion, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, squash, mushroom
olive oil
1 TBS garlic
Salt/Pepper
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 TBS. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook chicken in olive oil and garlic. Add any vegetables with 1/2 chicken broth; add soy sauce.
Continue cooking until vegetables are soft.
