Diehl's Rib Rub

two racks of ribs
Pound of brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup coffee
1/3 to 1/2 of a small container of cumin
Garlic powder small amounts
Onion powder small amounts
Very course fresh ground pepper
Couple tablespoons of chili powder
Very coarse or rock sea salt

Rub on meat and let set for 24 hours. Enjoy.
