4 large eggs
1⅓ cups Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, ⅓ cup marinara sauce for every egg, ie 2 eggs ⅔ cup marinara sauce
Chopped fresh sweet basil

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sauce to a bubbling simmer and add half the chopped sweet basil. Crack eggs carefully into the sauce like you are poaching them in water. Cook until egg whites are firm and yolks are runny. Garnish with the other half of the sweet basil. Serve with toast.

You could use homemade marinara sauce, but I found the Hunt’s worked great for this. Inspired by Lydia Bastianich on the Food Network.
