Stir:
3/4 c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
3 T. Cocoa
2 t. Baking Powder
1/4 t. Salt
Blend in:
1/2 c. Milk
1/3 c. Butter (melted)
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
Top with:
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
4 T. Cocoa
Pour 1 1/4 c. Hot Water over the top.
Directions:

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Then blend in milk, butter, and vanilla. Pour into a baking pan. Sprinkle topping over the mix. Pour hot water over the top. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
