Base:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup margarine

Crumb together. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º F for 10 minutes.

Filling:
2 cups poppy seeds
1 large can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar

Cook poppy seeds, milk and eggs together over low heat, stirring constantly as it could burn easily. When thick, add sugar and lemon juice, stirring until smooth and blended well. Spread over base. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

Icing:
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 cup icing sugar

Combine all ingredients and spread on cooled poppy seed filling.
