1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
5 c chicken broth
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 rotisserie chicken, deboned and skin removed
1 (8oz) v
Velveeta, chopped
10 small corn tortillas, cut into ½ strips and cut in half

Directions:

Mix soups together. Stir in Rotel, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in Velveeta. Simmer for 10 min. or until cheese is melted and mixed with soup. Stir in corn tortilla strip0s and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
