12 medium Idaho potatoes
8 oz our cream
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onions, or minced onions
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, peel and beat. Blend in sour cream, butter, milk, eggs, onions, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Place in buttered casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake the next day.

Optional: Top with grated cheese.Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
