1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Strawberry jam
Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter, add sugar then eggs and vanilla. Add syrup and mix well. Add dry ingredients; combine to make soft dough.
Roll out wafer thin; using cookie cutter of your choice. Bake at 350º F for about 8 minutes or till start to brown. When baked sandwich 2 cookies together with strawberry jam.
