Mix together:
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter

Mix in:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350º F for 8 minutes.
