1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c milk
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp butter
Juice & rind of 1 lemon
1 pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift flour and sugar together then cream in butter, add milk with egg yolks. Stirring into creamed mixture. Add lemon and well beaten egg whites. Place in pie shell. Bake until brown.
