Ingredients:  
5 c all purpose flour
2 1/2 c shortening
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

1 egg
2 tsp vinegar
water to make 1 c

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients until crumbly. Beat together egg and vinegar, add enough water to make 1 cup. Add liquid to dry ingredients, slowly mix until you can form a large ball. Add enough flour to reduce stickiness. Divide into 5 or 6 balls. Flatten each into a disc. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in ziploc bag. Freeze until needed.
