3/4 lb.(1 package) bacon, fried crisp and chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onion
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 round loaf sourdough bread
Assorted crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add remaining ingredients (except bread). Cut top off bread and remove insides leaving 1 inch shell. Reserve the removed bread for serving. Pour mixture into hollowed out bread, replace lid and wrap in foil. Bake at 325º F for 1 hour or until heated through. Serve warm with bread and crackers.
