5 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
12 oz. evaporated milk
1-½ pieces bread, cubed
3 cups shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion; drain well on paper towels. Beat eggs lightly with evaporated milk. Add sausage to eggs. Add bread and cheese; mix. Put in greased casserole pan; cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out and bring to room temperature (at least one hour), while heating oven to 350º. Bake 30-40 minutes.
