3 T b utter
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
3 T flour
4 C broth
28 oz. canned crushed tomatoes
1 t basil dried
1 t parsley dried
4 C refrigerator tortellini
1/2 C cram or half & half
6 C spinach
touch of wine, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in large pan, add onions and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and flour ans whisk for 1 minute.
Slowly add broth and mix well. Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add tortellini and cream. Stir until heated through about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach and mix in for the last 2 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

It will look like there is a lot of spinach but it will wilt down to nearly nothing.
