1 lb. Italian sausage
1-4lb. 7oz. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. granulated garlic
¾ lb. Lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1-15 oz. container Ricotta cheese, divided
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 T. dried parsley flakes

In 5 quart saucepan, brown sausage and drain if needed. Add spaghetti sauce and garlic. Cook until heated through. In 13x9 inch cake pan, sprayed with cooking spray, cover bottom with ⅓ of the sauce. Layer ½ of the noodles, ½ cheddar, ½ mozzarella, ½ Ricotta, ½ Parmesan. Cover with one-half of sauce. Layer rest of noodles, cheddar, mozzarella. Pour rest of sauce over the top. Top sauce with teaspoonfuls of rest of Ricotta cheese. Sprinkle Ricotta with rest of Parmesan. Sprinkle top with parsley flakes. Bake uncovered 1¼ hour at 350º or until bubbly.
Makes 12 servings.
