1 bag of frozen white shoepeg corn
2-3 blocks of cream cheese (start with 2 and if not creamy enough add a 3rd block)
1 stick butter
¼ jar of chopped jalapeños, also add a little of the jalapeño juice

Directions:

- Put all in a bowl and microwave about 3-4 minutes, then stir and continue to heat and stir till hot all the way thru.
