1½ lbs. round steak, cut into four pieces
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
3 carrots, sliced
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 beef bouillon cube
1½ cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add
meat one piece at a time and coat well. In a 2½ quart casserole, sprayed
with cooking spray, place ½ of the meat on the bottom of dish. Add vegetables. Put remaining meat on top. Dissolve bouillon in water. Pour
over meat and vegetables. Cover. Bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
