3 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 ½ cup sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. whipping cream
½ tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add remaining ingredients; beat on medium speed until well mixed.
- Pour over a graham cracker crust in a 10 or 12-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 8 hours.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR

- After 8 hours, remove from oven.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
