2 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking power
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cup of oil
4 large eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 small can of crushed pineapple
chopped walnuts
Mix everything together . Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan and bake at 350 oven about 45 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 cup whipped cream
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 package ( 1 pound) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

MIx all and frost on cold cake.
