Ingredients:
Raisin Filling:
2 c. raisins
½ c. sugar
½ c. water
Mix together in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Cool. Blend until smooth. Add 1 tsp. Vanilla and allow filling to cool completely.

Chocolate Filling:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Butter
½ c. chopped nuts (opt.)
Melt the above ingredients on medium-low in a saucepan. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.

Cookie Crust:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. softened butter
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix together and add to the following.

2 c. flour
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
½ c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the above ingredients together well. Spread ½ of the cookie dough in a 9 x 13 pan and then put on either the chocolate or raisin filling. Using the rest of the cookie dough, roll it out between 2 sheets of waxed paper until it is the size of the pan and then remove the top piece of waxed paper and carefully flip over the cookie dough on top of the filling. Peel off the layer of the waxed paper carefully and discard. Patch up any spots on the top layer as best you can. It does not have to be completely covered.

Bake 350* for 15-20 minutes, just until golden brown. Cool in the pan and cut into bars. DO NOT OVERBAKE!

When doubled it fits nicely into an oversize cookie sheet.
